The drivers that exist appear to only work with desktop applications like Skype for Windows Desktop.
You will notice your camera will not be detected in that App or any other Windows 10 App. The camera drivers that exist are not fully Windows 10 compatible. As already addressed in my last reply, this is not a Skype issue. Other than that, no other options exist beyond obtaining a fully compatible Windows 10 camera. If the current unofficial drivers are not fully compatible with Windows 10 either not functional in Desktop applications or simply Windows 10 Appsthen you would need to obtain fully compatible drivers or firmware from that 3rd party source Code LaboratoriesSony or the chipset manufacturer highly unlikely. There were never officially released drivers from Sony for the PC or Mac. Your above response implies some pretty stupid users. If you do please confirm it is working otherwise stop giving advise. My cheap Logitech laptop camera works fine with Skype.
I think the issue is that Skype was updated and rendered the camera unrecognizable. I love the camera since it is very clear without adjustments. The camera is recognized by windows 10 and passes the PS3 -eye test.
I have the latest PS3 driver and the latest Windows 10 Skype.
